Recommended Reading for Sec. 1 & 2 Students

New: Looking for something good to read? Librarians from the QAIS schools (including our own Ms. Landry and Ms. Whiston) give their recommendations for both students and parents here! Our thanks to the librarian at Sacred Heart School, Ms. Joan Harrison for creating this video.

 Recommended Reading 2020-2021 - Secondary 1

The following is a list of websites for parents providing recommended reading of both popular and award-winning fiction and non-fiction for Secondary 1 students.

Please remember that most public libraries offer e-book loans. Many of the titles you find on these lists should be available as a download from your local library. If you do not have a membership, it may be possible to take out a membership remotely, or by phone. Give them a call and check it out!
