Daily Events

  • Front entrance
  • Students are reminded to NOT ENTER by the Front Entrance until further notice. Students must use the Locker and Gym Entrances during the morning and Lunch time. Failure to comply to this will have consequences.
  • Junior Academic Support
  • If you need help with homework, Room 136 will be open today at Lunch for all Junior Athletes, however every Junior student is welcome.
  • Spirit in Action
  • On Thursday, March 21st, a group of 2B students will be holding a 3 point competition in the Gym at Lunch. The event is being held to help find resources for an animal shelter. In order to participate please bring any animal accessory that can be donated to the project's cause. Thank you.
  • Briscola Spring Tournament
  • Sign up for the Loyola Briscola Spring Singles Tournament which will begin next week. Deadline to sign up will be Monday at midnight. Sign up by simply emailing Mr. Fulvio at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Brackets will be revealed Tuesday morning. There is no cost to join and there will be a prize for the winner. Good luck to all!

Sports Announcements

  • Table Tennis
  • Players have until midnight tonight to sign up for tomorrow's St. Nicholas Open.
  • Secondary 1 Inter-class
  • Secondary I Inter-class Soccer Action today has 1A vs 1B. Students are asked to meet in the Gym ready to go at 12:15 p.m.
  • Secondary 2 Inter-class
  • The Secondary II Inter-class Match of the Day, features 2E versus 2F. 2E will be in LHS uniforms and 2F will be in free-dress. It is the start of the Ultimate Football Tournament. Please assemble in the North Gym for 12:15 p.m. Good luck to both teams.
  • Bantam Rugby
  • Practice today at 3:20 p.m. in the Gym. You can get mouth guards from Mr. Santillo for $2.
  • Bantam D1 Hockey
  • The Braves traveled to Shawinigan yesterday for a game against Ecole Du Rocher. The team played its typical fast, relentless game but couldn't score in the first period as most of its shots sailed wide. The team kept its composure and energy and broke through in the second with 5 unanswered goals by 5 different players, en route to a convincing shutout victory. The team will play its last league game today at 3:00 p.m. against Selwyn House at the Westmount Rec Centre. Players are dismissed at 1:30 p.m.
