The 55th annual Loyola Ed Meagher Sports tournament will take place from Saturday, January 24 to Saturday, January 31, 2026. The Loyola community is set to welcome 25 schools with over 500 student-athletes from the Montreal region, the Eastern Townships and Ontario who will participate in basketball, hockey and wrestling during the exciting week of action. This is the largest high school tournament in the province and it would not be possible without the continued support of our friends, parents, alumni, staff, faculty and especially our students. We hope to see you at some of the games.

Hockey and basketball matches are occurring at both the Ed Meagher Arena (dir) and the Loyola High School Gymnasium (dir). Wrestling matches will occur only on Saturday, January 31 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Bishops' Atrium and cafeteria of Loyola High School (dir).

This year, we are not selling tickets to attend the tournament. Instead, we are asking members of the Loyola community to make a donation in support of the event. Proceeds will be directed to the athletics program. Thank you for your generosity!
