A recent article in La Presse highlights a new initiative this year as part of Loyola's expanded hockey program, and also offered to the players on our basketball teams. Initiated by current parent, Fred Morin, the program came out of the pressing need to change hockey culture, particularly in the face of recent scandals at Hockey Canada. Student-athletes cook together, eat together and listen to speakers who underline the importance of respect and community.
