School Calendar
Our school calendar is in the process of being finalized. More information will follow when it is complete. In the meantime, we would like to share some important dates with you for the 2023-2024 school year. We encourage you to make a special note of the Christmas and June exam dates. These exams are mandatory for all students, so please make vacation plans accordingly.
Uniform Collection & Dress Code
The uniform collection for the 2023-24 school year is now available to order from Lemira Uniforms. All incoming Secondary 1 students are required to purchase items from the uniform collection as part of the school's dress code.

Families receiving financial aid may benefit from a subsidy for purchases in the uniform collection. To apply for this subsidy, please fill out this form.
School Supplies
Students will be advised by their new teachers of the supplies they will need. For their first few days, a binder with loose leaf and pens/pencils will be sufficient.
Technology Device
Students will receive a Chromebook at the start of the school year. Exact details of roll-out will be provided in August. If you are looking to purchase more technology for your family at this time, we do not suggest getting something new for your child’s schooling. The school Chromebook we issue has certain mandatory restrictions and management protocols that could interfere with a personal Chromebook’s operations.
Summer School 2023
The following are the Summer School Courses being offered to our Incoming Secondary 1 Students:
- High School Basic
- Math Skills
- English Reading and Writing Skills Study Skills
- Ultimate Frisbee Skills program
All summer classes will be taking place in person at Loyola High School, and additional information pertaining to Summer School 2023 (including course outlines) is available on the Summer School Moodle page.

Orientation Days (August 2023)
- At the end of August 2023, Loyola organizes orientation activities for our incoming students. More details about this week, the schedule and activities, will be provided at a later date.
